You are solely responsible for independently verifying all credentials, licenses, insurance, and references before hiring any contractor. Painters.city strongly encourages you to do so before entering into any agreement.

The appearance of any business, individual, product, or service on Painters.city does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of any kind by Painters.city.

Premium or featured listings are paid advertising placements. A business appearing at the top of a city page or in a highlighted card has paid for that position — it does not indicate superior quality, greater reliability, or any form of vetting by Painters.city.

Painters.city makes no representations regarding the suitability, quality, safety, or legality of any service advertised on the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable US federal and state law

• The business holds all required licenses and insurance for its service area
• You will notify us promptly of any changes to your listing information

Painters.city reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify any listing at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Listing fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Painters.city, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site
• Any work performed — or not performed — by a business found through the Site
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any listing or business information on the Site
• Any dispute, injury, loss, or damage arising from your interaction with a listed business
• Any reliance on information published on the Site

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
